Cancellation Period

After placing an order, the customer has 24 hours to submit a cancellation request before the product enters production. We are happy to process a full refund within this timeframe.

After these 24 hours, the order will be processed and changes or cancellations will no longer be possible. However, you can still correct or update the shipping address as long as the order hasn't shipped yet.
